Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit of **50%** of the total service fee will be collected at the time of booking. This deposit secures your appointment and is applied to your final bill.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for any reason. However, if you provide the required 24 hours' notice for cancellation, your deposit may be converted into a credit for future services.
